Micro Dosing Feedback Control

Micro dosing feedback control includes all sensory and algorithmic methods for detecting the actual amount of fluid dispensed by a dosing system. The detection of this quantity enables controlled dosing independent of fluctuating ambient conditions such as pressure, temperature and humidity and increases operational reliability in critical applications such as medication dosing

Micro Dosage Feedback Control System for Lubricants

Fraunhofer EMFT offers diverse solutions for monitoring continuous and discrete dosing quantities in integrated dosing systems. Both gases and liquids can be monitored. From nanoliter per second to ml/min, a wide field can be covered with capacitive and differential pressure-based measurement methods with own developments. Commercial sensor solutions are also integrated into dosing systems if required.

These competences in the area of micro dosing feedback control are available at Fraunhofer EMFT for your application topics. We look forward to hearing from you!
